Rakesh is the co-founder of 2 Knights Wealth Management, LLC and founder of RM Investment Management, Inc., an independent investment advisory company formed in 1993. Mr. Mehra has over 32 years of investment management experience. He founded and managed an India centric mutual fund based on his knowledge of domestic and international financial markets. He also co-managed a dividend growth fund during this period. He has been the main driver of growth in AUM and product development at RM Investment Management the company he founded in 1993. He joined Greenleaf Capital Management as an analyst in 1987 and eventually was made the Director of Research. He worked in the textile industry for 6 years, in India, with 4 of them managing a plant in Mumbai, India. He has a BS in Accounting from Punjab University in India and an MBA from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio with a concentration in Finance/MIS.

An active member of her community, Venera serves on the boards of Elite Women Around the World and Values in Action. Previously, she contributed as a member of North East Ohio Medical University, Ireland Cancer Center, The Diabetes Partnership of Greater Cleveland, The Beachwood Chamber, and W.I.N., among others.
Venera's professional background spans extensive experience in banking and finance, including retail, business, private banking, estate planning, and wealth management. Originally from Italy, Venera studied at Cleveland State University and enjoys dancing, cooking, reading, and traveling in her free time.
